CsinoPlus FAQ – Answers for Filipino Players

You must be at least 21 years old. This is required by PAGCOR for all licensed Philippine online gaming platforms. Age is verified during registration and again during KYC. Accounts belonging to players under 21 are immediately closed and any deposits refunded.

No—one account per person, always. Duplicate accounts are flagged during KYC and will result in suspension and forfeiture of bonuses. If you've lost access to your account, contact our support team to recover it rather than opening a new one.

To complete KYC and unlock withdrawals, you'll need:

KYC is usually reviewed within 2–4 hours on business days. You can still play and deposit while it's pending.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings → Profile. You can update most details yourself. For changes to your registered name or date of birth—which must match your ID—contact our support team at support@csinoplus.com for manual verification.

CsinoPlus supports all major Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa / Mastercard credit or debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).

The minimum deposit is ₱200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although daily deposit limits can be set voluntarily through your account's responsible gaming settings.

GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are typically credited instantly—usually within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay are credited within minutes during normal operating hours. PESONet transfers may take up to the next business day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

First, check your GCash or bank app to confirm whether the deduction happened on your end. If money was deducted but hasn't appeared in your CsinoPlus balance after 30 minutes, email us at support@csinoplus.com with your transaction reference number, the amount, and the payment method used. We'll investigate and resolve it, usually within 2–4 hours.

CsinoPlus does not charge any fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard service fees. Check with your payment provider's fee schedule if you're unsure what charges apply on their end.

Log in to your account and go to Cashier → Withdraw. Select your preferred method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Once approved, funds are sent to your registered payment account.

The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. There is a daily withdrawal cap of ₱100,000 for standard accounts. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, contact support to arrange this with our finance team.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (8 AM–10 PM). Bank transfers via InstaPay settle within the same business day; PESONet transfers may take up to the next business day. Withdrawals submitted after 10 PM are processed the following morning.

Common reasons for pending withdrawals include: KYC not yet fully verified, active wagering requirements on bonus funds that haven't been met, the withdrawal amount including bonus funds with incomplete rollover, or the request being submitted outside processing hours. Check your account status and bonus wagering progress. If everything looks clear and it's been more than 4 hours, contact support.

New players get a 100% match bonus up to ₱3,000 plus 50 free spins on their first deposit. A second-deposit bonus of 50% up to ₱1,500 and a third-deposit bonus of 25% up to ₱500 are also available. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement means you need to place ₱30,000 in total bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. Your account dashboard shows your real-time wagering progress. Not all games contribute equally—slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute less.

Bonus credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are credited to your account. Free spins must be used within 7 days of being issued. If the wagering requirement isn't completed within these periods, the bonus and any winnings from it are forfeited. Check your active bonuses in the My Bonuses section of your account.

Change your password and any other accounts that share the same password right away. CsinoPlus will never ask for your password—any message asking for it is a phishing attempt.

Check that your mobile number is correct and has an active SIM with signal. OTPs from CsinoPlus are sent via SMS and typically arrive within 60 seconds. If you haven't received it after 2 minutes, click "Resend OTP." Make sure your number isn't registered on a DND (Do Not Disturb) SMS block list. If the problem persists, contact support to verify your mobile number manually.

Yes. CsinoPlus holds a valid PAGCOR licence and operates in full compliance with Philippine gaming regulations, the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and Anti-Money Laundering laws.
