CsinoPlus Terms and Conditions –
Know the Rules Before You Play

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

All transactions and wagers placed through your account are your responsibility. CsinoPlus cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your login credentials.

CsinoPlus processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Mobile, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Key transaction rules:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

CsinoPlus complies with anti-money-laundering regulations. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious or unusual patterns may trigger a review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold pending investigation.

CsinoPlus offers various bonuses and promotions for Filipino players, including welcome bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which are stated clearly at the point of the offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all CsinoPlus promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.

All games and betting markets on CsinoPlus are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface or betting section. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that particular game.

CsinoPlus uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all casino games. The RNG is independently audited to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any party, including CsinoPlus itself.

In sports and esports betting:

• Bets are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body or organisation.
• CsinoPlus reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or force majeure events.
• Settled bets are final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of settlement via our customer support team.

If a technical fault occurs during gameplay — for example a disconnection or server error — CsinoPlus will investigate and, where possible, restore the game to its last valid state. Wagers placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CsinoPlus and will result in immediate account suspension and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account under your own identity or any alias.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting any technical bug, glitch, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including in poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using CsinoPlus for any transaction linked to illegal activity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing CsinoPlus staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the CsinoPlus platform or its software.

All content on the CsinoPlus platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of CsinoPlus or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any CsinoPlus content without prior written permission from CsinoPlus. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

CsinoPlus collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using CsinoPlus, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.

In summary, CsinoPlus uses your data to:

• Verify your identity and maintain the security of your account.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, CsinoPlus shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, disconnections, or platform outages beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the player's failure to protect their account credentials.
• Losses arising from decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional messaging.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

CsinoPlus's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

CsinoPlus may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
• We detect activity that we reasonably believe constitutes fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• You have requested a self-exclusion under our responsible gaming programme.

In the event of account closure for breach of Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not linked to bonus abuse may be returned at CsinoPlus's discretion following investigation.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable restrictions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
